I get home around 9 p.m. Then I have dinner, take a shower and watch TV. I go to bed around 11 p.m. On weekends, I don`t work. I usually stay home, or go out with my sons and wife.

On mondays and fridays, First of all, I wake up at 6:00 a.m. o'clock, then I take a shower and brush my teeth. After that I dressed for go to school. after school I have a lunch, a fee hours later I'm going to play videogames. After I have a dinner and I sleep

Finally, I have dinner and go to sleep. On wednesday I wake up at 8:00 a.m and have breakfast. After studying in the afternoon, I get dressed to go to the course that starts at 7:15 p.m. Finally, I have dinner and go to sleep.

On tuesdays I wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning.Take a shower,brush my teeth,organize my backpack and go to school where study, see and play with my friends .

In the school I have lunch and have guitar and singing classes. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon I come back home. Take a shower again, eat a fruit, make my homework and brush my teeth. After that I read a book ,study english and play music instruments. Later I surf the web and take a shower to sleep. At 9 o'clock in the night I have dinner ,brush my teeth and I talk to my sister about our day and read a Bible.

Finally I pray with my family and go to sleep.

At 10 pm I pray with my family. Finally I read the bible and go to sleep.

I'II talk about my routine. During the week, I wake up at 6:00 a.m. First of all, I say a prayer, then, I wake up my daughter Lorena, to go to school. After that, I brush my teeth, take a shower and take my daughter to school by car.

After that, I have breakfast with my husband. He goes to Work and I do the household chores. I do the dishes, sweep the floor, do the laundry, make the beds, hang the clothes. Once a week I iron the clothes, on Tuesdays.

Usually, at 9:30 a.m, I wake up my daughter Thayeni. She goes to school in the afternoon.

At 11 a.m I cook and have lunch with my daughter. She goes to school and her sister Lorena arrives at home. Lorena has lunch, then we brush our teeth, and right after that I do the dishes, feed my pet and water the plants. Then I read a book, watch a video on YouTube and study English. At night, I have dinner with my family and we talk about our day. After that, I brush my teeth and take a shower. Finally, we say a family prayer and go to sleep.

On Mondays and fridays I wake up at 6:00 am then I brush my teeth after I prepare breakfast,I wake up my daughter for her to go to school,she has breakfast and go to school at 7:00 am . I go to sleep then my young daughter wake up she likes of watch cartoons on TV but she is afraid to be alone so then I go sleep on my sofa. at 10:00 I get up then I prepare lunch ,later at 12:30 pm .I go take my son to school after , I go back home .I go have lunch and watch TV or surfing in the internet or go on my facebook ,after that at 4:34 pm I going to pike up my son to school, after school I prepare afternoon snack and I watch tv with my children usualy cartoons or horror movies we love and finaly at 11:00 pm my chidren go to bed sleep and I go to shower and sleep too

MY ROUTINE MONDAY AND THURSDAY.

From monday to Friday, I wake up at 05:30 a.m. I take a shower and have my breakfast, and them, I start my work. After my work, I go to the GYM and start my workout, but, i don't like this part. And them, I will go to my home and finish my day.

On Thursdays, I do the some things I do on Monday mornings. I have lunch at college and I go to my intern program. Right after that, I go to the English class at my boyfriend's house. finally , I go to sleep.

On Mondays, I get up at 8 am, take a shower, brush my teeth, drink my coffee, change my clothes and go to college. After that, I go to the bus station to go to work. I get there at around 1:00 p.m. and I leave work at around 5:00 p.m.

When I arrive at home, I take a shower, eat something, study a little and read a little; then, I go to sleep.

I feed my cat, eat some fruit and start sketching, on mondays I writte down what I’ll do during the week and then get to work. Around 1PM I take a lunch break while I watch anime and after that, when I’m finished eating and resting, I get back to work until 8PM, except on tuesdays when I go to the english course at 7PM. Later, when I'm finally home and have no more work to do, I take a hot shower, read a book or manga, or watch a movie or two, and then I go to sleep.

I wake up at 6:30 a.m, have breakfast and go to university. After, I go to the internship program at school, and this routine is the same during the other days, except for Thursdays and Fridays, because on Thursdays, I go to the internship program, only, and on Fridays, I go to the internship program at the hospital, in the morning, and after I go to the internship program at school, in the evening. And finally, I go to university at night and after this, I go home.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays

I wake up at 6:50 a.m., have lunch and take a shower; then I get dressed and do my makeup. After that, I go to school and study. After school, I go home and get dressed to go to the ballet class, after, I wait for my mom to take me home. When I arrive home, I watch tv until 2;30 a.m. Finally, I go to sleep.

I wake up at 5:30 a.m., have breakfast, brush my teeth and get dressed to go to the soccer training. After the training I come back home and take a shower to go to school. I study in the afternoon from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. After that, I come back home, take a shower, then I have dinner and finally go to sleep.

I go de beach and also play soccer and game video game and I will do pyisical activities I do not sleep much because I prefer to wake up in the morning to enjoy the day I wake up at 7:00 am and have a lot of fun in my routine

Usually, I sleep until late and watch cartoons, sometimes I have brunch and sometimes I have lunch if it's ready. After, I make the bed and get dressed. After that, I watch TV, feed my dog, have dinner, sew, watch TV again, have a snack, take a shower, brush my teeth, go on Whatsapp, check my email, look for jobs, surf the web, then I go to sleep.

On Mondays and Fridays, I wake up at 6:00 a.m. and brush my teeth. After that, I wake up my daughter, prepare breakfast, turn on my baby's TV, and go to sleep on the sofa at 8:00 a.m. After my nap, I prepare the lunch. Later, I take my son to school. Right after that, I go back home and have lunch. I watch TV at 5:00 p.m. Later, I pick up my son at school. Afterwards, we wacth TV or we play together. Finally, at the end of the day, I put the kids to sleep and go to sleep myself.

From Monday to Friday, I wake up at 7:00 a.m and firstly I brush my teeth. After, I have breakfast with my family on the kitchen table, then I take my daughters to school. After that, I go to work by car. Sometimes I meet my clients or seek new clients, but before that, I assign the daily tasks to my employees. Finally, at the end of the day, I go home. At night, I play video-games with my daughters and watch TV. I usually sleep at 11:00 p.m.

On Mondays and Fridays,

I wake up at 7:00 a.m. Then I wake up my children and brush my teeth and also Lili's (my younger daughter). Later, I have breakfast, take my kids to school. After, I go to the gym. After the gym, I go home to make lunch. After that, I take my children at school. Then, I have lunch and shower the children. Finally , I help them with the homework and put them to sleep. Eventually, I help Eliseu with our work.

On Mondays I wake up at 07:00 a.m. First, I have breakfast; after that, I start work and stop at 01:00 p.m. to have lunch; right after that, I come back to work. Then I work till 05:00 p.m. After, I pratice crossfit and train BJJ at 11:30 p.m., then I go to a gas station, fill up the car and finally I go home to have dinner and go to sleep.

On Tuesdays I do the same things I do on Mondays, but instead of training BJJ I go to the English course.
